Oh, man!  The Canadians know a thing or 2 about semi drag racing in their own particular style.  For all intents and purposes, the format is approximately 1/8 mile, no prep, no time.  They race bobtail, and loaded and there's 3 classes.  Put it like this, stock, working trucks in Class C, modified trucks in Class B, and psychotic trucks in Class A!  How they don't just shatter and scatter drivelines (well, more than they did anyway) while grabbing gears, I'll never know, but the display of power is truly impressive.  Mike Sturgill and the gang at Onaway Speedway did a fantastic job on the first ever event and had plenty to keep everyone entertained.  Plans are already underway for next year and you can bet we will be there.

The feud has gone on since the early 1960s, when Enzo rebuffed Henry Ford II's attempts to buy the Maranello automaker.  The battle culminated in the latter part of the same decade with a ferocious fight at the Curcuit de la Sarthe.  The Prancing Horses would never again run at the front of the twice around the clock test.
Down through time, the 2 would circle each other, primarily in F1; one as an automaker, the other a badge-engineered auto supplier.  Recently though, in the GT ranks, Ford sought to renew its rivalry and, just as before, on the 50th Anniversary came out ahead once more.
Even now, their design departments haven't quite given up.  This morning, Ferrari announced the SP38.  A familiar design that dared ask the question: Who wore it better?
