1991 NFMS Wheeler Rittinger The Outcast II Twin Donovans. Wheeler is a Legend in the modified class. Winning early national titles with NTPA and with TNT in later years. This is one of the most unique driveline tractors ever built though as seen her in 1991, his final year, it was not the ultimate form. At one point, this tractor had joystick steering on it.
