1993 Ken Miller Corn And Soybean Special. In the early 90s, the light modified class was still alive and quite popular on the Pro National (later to be known as Regional National) tour at 5800lbs. Ken has been a stalwart of the RN tour for decades with his Chevy powered mod. In 1993 the 7200 setup was 3 motors crank to crank. For the 5800, the middle one would come out and a shaft went in it's place. This may seem unusual to us to day, but back then, the need for nose weight was not what it is today primarily because the horsepower wasn't what it is now and the tires available wouldn't bite as hard as modern ones would either.
