1990 Wauseon, OH Dave Haley Haley's Comet V12 Allison modified. For our throwback Thursday, we have the weekly mandatory Allison clip. This one has deep roots back into the 70's. Haley was never a top competitor on the national scene, but the veteran from eastern OH was very tough on the lighter classes on the state and regional circuits. Most hardcore fans are aware of Haley's Comet, but haven't seen it run. I was lucky to find this from as late as '90 having figured it had bee retired some years before that.
